Applicability

By using the Michaël Loos website, you automatically, irrevocably, and unconditionally accept the application of these terms and conditions and their privacy policy.
These terms and conditions apply to all online offers from Michaël Loos and to all online agreements concluded with Michaël Loos.
Use of the Michaël Loos website and the information contained therein is permitted only in compliance with these terms and conditions and the privacy policy. If you do not fully accept the terms and conditions and/or privacy policy of Michaël Loos, you must discontinue use of the Michaël Loos website and the information contained therein.
Before a distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the customer. If this is not reasonably possible, Michaël Loos will indicate, before the distance contract is concluded, how the terms and conditions can be accessed and that they will be sent free of charge to the customer as soon as possible upon request.

Changes
Michaël Loos is entitled to amend its terms and conditions and privacy policy at any time, including in response to modified services, feedback from its visitors, or changes in legislation.

Offer
All offers from Michaël Loos are non-binding. Orders and acceptances of offers by the customer are irrevocable.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products, digital content, and/or services offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable the customer to properly assess the offer. If Michaël Loos uses images, these are a true representation of the products, services, and/or digital content offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on Michaël Loos.

Retention of Title
Ownership of the products delivered and to be delivered will only be transferred to the customer after the customer has fulfilled all its payment obligations to Michaël Loos.

Privacy
Michaël Loos respects the privacy of its customers. Michaël Loos will process the customer's personal data in accordance with applicable privacy regulations and the privacy statement available on the Michaël Loos website. The customer consents to this processing of their personal data.

Prices
The purchase price owed by the customer and additional costs for packaging, shipping and any other costs or surcharges are clearly stated in the order confirmation and/or invoice from Michaël Loos.

Delivery Time and Delivery
The stated delivery times are approximate and commence upon confirmation of the order by Michaël Loos. Delivery times are not binding. Exceeding the delivery time does not obligate Michaël Loos to pay damages and does not entitle the customer to fail to fulfill or suspend their obligations under the agreement.

Payment
Payment for the product must be made before delivery and exclusively by bank transfer via Mister Cash, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
For all disputes, only the courts and tribunals of the Mechelen district have jurisdiction. These general terms and conditions are subject to Belgian law.
